White Reflection
> Reflection of the Week <

Friday - June 9, 2000.
Green summer is here, girls with short skirts are playing tennis =).

----A good summer has started. I have graduated, not doing anymore programming (for the time being) on my pc, thus giving me time to explore the world beyond "the realms of Computer Science education". Now, I can enjoy myself, with my good old buddy Darky (DarkNeSs), playing games (YES!), experimenting with tennis (watching girls in short skirts. MORE YESS!!!), and going out late nite. Now I noticed, that the world is so much bigger than the buildings in the university area.

----Both, me and Darkie (DarkNeSs) got a new game. Pooling our precious money, which is not much, we managed to buy Vampire the Masquerade : Redemption. Got back home, installed the game on his computer (full installation takes 1.3 gigs), the game still requires the second CD in the CD player. So, while installing the game on my PC, we burnt the a backup copy of the second CD. Well, I guess it is okey, since we it is ours. Waaah!!!! The intro was great. Next, the gameplay. Magnificient!!! The graphics are the best I have seen on PC today. Hehehehe. Enuff about VM:R.

----I still got the demo of Diablo II Beta Stress Test in my G:\Temp directory, 100mb of zip file, unextractable and untouched since the very first day i downloaded it. Not that I am too busy doing something else, it is just that I am enjoying the green world outside. Is it too late to try it out now?

----However, Darkie has been playing a few of RPGs on my PSX. Thousand Arms, Wild Arms 2, Vagrant Story, Suikoden, and Suikoden 2. He is pretty much exhausted from spending too much PSX RPGs. He will be joining me tomorrow (Saturday), going to the part to watch gir... i mean, to play tennis.

----Did you guyz ever watched Gundam Wing series on Toonami? NOOO??!!!! Then you're missing out the greatest series that ever came out on TV. I mean, it blows out Macross, G.I. Joe, Thundercats and even Transformers. It is a cartoon, it is an animated series. Great storytelling, with great twists and great arts. Oh God!!! I can't believe you are missing this great animation. But all hopes are not gone, Cartoon Network is playing the reruns on Toonami every weekdays at 4.30pm (edited version), and at 11.00pm (the unedited version). Seriously, I don't know the different between the edited one and the unedited one, excep that they are both great!!!

----Because of our great love for Gundam Wing, me and Darkie (pooling our money again), we bought FOUR 1/100 High-Grade Gundam Wing models. We got Deathscythe Hell (mine), Wing Zero (Darkie's), Epyon (mine), and Epyon (Darkie's). Both of us bought an Epyon each. This is because it seems that it is hard to get the Epyon. It usually sold out, on the same day it came out. Check out the pictures of the gundam models in my Gundam Wing : Models section.

----I am pretty excited for PS2. I have been waiting to the game console for quite sometime. All of us have been waiting for it. However, I am a little bit dissapointed with the qualities of the launch titles, and some games that are still in development. Sony has been hyping this console for quite well, but none of them (with exception of MGS2) really blow me out of the water. The jaggie edges issue, hard to develop, and the recent announcement of the "open" format, makes me feel more dissapointed. I am all hyped for the system, and I hope they can deliver what they are hyping up. At least we will have Metal Gear Solid 2.
